Mission

To improve the quality of life and economic opportunities of low to moderate income individuals and families through our Florida neighborhoods and communities. To promote Housing Counseling Services to better serve consumers in achieving and maintaining their goals of homeownership. To provide professional counseling services that aid in promoting and upgrading housing conditions to acceptable levels; to engage in non-partisan research, study, evaluation, and analysis of housing problems and programs; to promote the field of housing counseling and educate the public in the advantage of seeking early intervention assistance thus, decreasing their risk of becoming homeless; to cooperate with local, regional and national organizations in the common endeavor to advance professional housing counseling; to obtain and disseminate data relevant to the function and accomplishments of professional housing counseling.

    default issues.

  • Provide information on home improvement loans based on the equity.
  • Building relationships with Landlords, mortgage companies, and other lending institutions enabling them to develop sensitivity toward the needs of renters, homeowners, and perspective home purchasers.
